Whiteout
I just realized that the movie is really going to happen, that it will be in theaters on Friday, this Friday, that there's no way it's not going to happen, and that this is all real and true and not some figment of my hyper-active and overly-stressed imagination.

Whiteout.

As a movie.

Whiteoutasamovie.

White.Out.As.A.Movie.

I'm, uh...I was on the damn SET for three weeks, and I'm still having trouble believing this.

I think Steve is dealing with this much better than I. He, at least, seems to have a plan to capitalize on it (if you're in the LA area, go see him when he's signing at Earth-2!).

The website is being updated with all current information as it comes out.

Me, I'm just...

...I'm gonna get back to work, here...still have Chace bleeding out and all, need to attend to that or she could be in real trouble, soon....

Success needs to be visited more often on the truly talented and deserving. Congrats, Greg. Seriously.

Could not be happier for you and Steve (and I must confess some pleasure at seeing you geek out a bit; you've been playing it too cool, my friend).

And yes: OPENING DAY. I am SO there.

I have the Whiteout poster set as my background right now. The only reason I'm not racing out to see it Friday night is because I have to do math Saturday morning.

You can have 5 more minutes of excitment then you better go Save Tara!

I keep meaning to take a few pics of the ginormous posters and billboards that are, like, everywhere. :)

It is totally cool, though. I mean, really. A movie, eee. No one would blame you for girly squee noises now and then. :D

I honestly cannot imagine the rush you are having right now.

How completely and amazingly awesome!

Such a long way from re-writing various scenes of The Hobbit back at York, huh? :)

I just realized I've got this way-silly grin on my face for you. Bunches and Bunches and BUNCHES of congrats.

Yeah, that's gotta be a fantastic feeling. Congradulations. May this not be the last of your work brought to the big screen.

Been telling everyone I know to go and see this movie.

I have the day off Friday (in prep for Hawaii) so I'll be seeing the first showing down here in Tacoma.

Congratulations!

I have been, lets say ... "encouraging" ever person I know to go see Whiteout for a few weeks now. I am super happy for you and hope it leads to other projects!

I already geeked out once on this, so, I'll try to be more restrained.

Good work.

Looking forward to more.

That next Chace novel...
Let's get a book plate done for this one. I'm up for illustrating it should you want to discuss it. You know where to find me.

Cheers,

Mike

Hey, i'm as excited as the next guy for Whiteout, believe me, but that Chace tease makes me giddy dude! I had in my mind, sort of figured the novel was temporarly shelved, cuase i know you like to go into the "novel bunker" to write the thing in one big block. And your schedule doesn't seem to have allowed for that kind of time.....either way all good! hope all is well with you!

Oh, Hell, I have been wondering if I should go see that...Had no idea you were involved. Going to have to find a babysitter soon.

Congratulations!

Congratulations. It couldn't be more well deserved, if that syntax isn't too clunky.
